Descripción de la Oferta

Lead and follow the recruitment and interviewing process for each open position requested by different departments at RIA. Develop a pool of qualified candidates according to the needs and job descriptions provided. Assist in interviewing and selecting employee’s onsite. Update the HR Social media. Help with the recruitment systems and database.


Responsibilities:

· Full execution of the recruitment process such as job posting, phone interviewing, test prospective employees, analyze the results, perform in-person interviews, and maintain accurate files of each applicant during the recruitment process.
· Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases and job web-boards, networking, recruiting firms, social networking sites and the employee referral program
· Attend and participate in job fairs outside the company
· Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
· Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
· Update all website and pages related new vacancies advertises.
· Support the Recruitment and Selection Area in all duties required by the Human Resources Management as needed

Education and Experience

· 3rd Year of studies related with Psychology or Business Administration
· Experience Required: More than 1 Year on a similar position
· Knowledge of recruiting KPI’s (optional)
