Responsibilities
• Actively and successfully manage relationship with Ria’s paying partners (correspondents)
• Provide assistance in United States, Mexico, Central and South America
• Receive and review applications to begin correspondent integration
• Coordinate and manage the entire integrations until completion
• Provide assistance with inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats
• Maintain excellent communication between the team for updates on projects and procedures
• Assist with resolution of troubleshooting
• Document activity accurately using our proprietary system
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested


Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience in coordinating and integration
• Possess experience dealing with financial institutions and be able to quickly develop rapport with correspondents over the phone
• Comfortable managing a process from beginning to end and working under tight deadlines
• The key characteristics this individual must possess are having a positive attitude, be proactive and customer service oriented
• Possess a high level of initiative, critical thinking and discretion
• Preference will be given to candidates knowledgeable about Web Service, C# Program and Java Program



Education (highly recommended)

• Ability to Speak English and Spanish (Advanced English Level)
• Basic knowledge in Net, Java and PHP Platforms
• Basic knowledge of transactions using WCF Web services, XSD, XML & FTP
• Basic knowledge on authentication and security using certificates (X.509 Certificates).
• Basic knowledge on networking preferable on VPN connections.
• Basic reading and understanding of C# Code, Java, PHP and transactional processes between companies.
• Two-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience
