JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive incoming contacts from customers via phone, chat, email and social media.
- Assist customers with questions about our adventures and assist with their bookings.
-Manage chat and phone queues and multitask to ensure timely responses to all guests.
-Work with our travel partners to confirm reservations and notify guests of the details.
-Place outgoing calls and emails to travel partners and customers as necessary.
- Be punctual, flexible and prepared to work together as a team to fulfill our customers’ needs.
- Attend all training sessions and become an expert on our websites, products and services.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency speaking and writing each language.
- A positive, motivated and personable style that will represent the exciting services we offer.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Experience with computers and software programs like Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
- Flexible schedules
- Experience in travel, sales, and customer service preferred, but it is what you make of it!
