Key responsibilities and duties:
Main Duties:
- Assisting with business cases creation
- Planning and monitoring of all business-related processes
- Eliciting, translating and simplifying organizational and management requirements
- Promote communication and analysis requirements
- Standardize the organization’s workflows and processes
- Project planning
- Improve existing business processes
- Develop new business processes
- Follow-ups with software development team

Specific skills:
- Written and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate in technical language
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts and its functionality
- Knowledge of programming languages and software development
- Experience in business case development
- Knowledge of business and technological methods and strategies
- Implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
- Vast experience in strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques
- Business-oriented and strategical thinking
