Role:
• Application Support for Account Managers & admin via email and helpdesk.
• Website content editing – front end and backend.
• Management of Website ad campaigns using 3rd party Ad manager.
• Assist QA Department with Site testing pre and post deployments of new products and updates.
• Act as Key knowledge point for Backend & frontend of multiple public facing sites.
• Weekly/monthly reporting on excel.
• Assistance with creating email campaigns (Job Alerts)
• General administration
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in a customer services role with web exposure.
• Third level qualification (preferably in a business or technical area)
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
• Capable of working with deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
• Excellent report writing & presentation skills
• High level of attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and be willing to invest in personal development to maintain standards in a 'best practice' support environment
• Experience in a marketing would also be advantageous
• Adaptable & willing to work across various different departments
• Participate in adhoc projects, as assigned Person Specification
• Passionate & enthusiastic, with a strong customer focus
• A highly responsive individual with a proven ability to take ownership of issues & manage them through to a timely & satisfactory resolution
• A strong attention to detail and a thorough approach
• Possess a dedication to continuous improvement & the drive to exceed expectations
