As ad operations supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic team of ad traffickers, managing vendor relationships, maintain client relationships, and leverage relationships with the different internal account teams.

Report to the Head of Strategy and Operations and assist in identifying areas of opportunity and best practices for the Ad Operations team. - Supervise our young team of aspiring traffickers, asses their workload needs, asses their tool requirements, maintain great rapport with each team member to ensure they are satisfied with their career goals, as well a provide workload assistance when required. - Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to outline requirements, ad specs and QA new campaign launches. - Stay knowledgeable of current and developing ad technologies in general. Coordinate Trainings, Webinars and Certifications. - Frequently monitor live campaigns, analyze campaign performance and where necessary make recommendations ensuring the highest level of quality assessment. - Troubleshoot Implementation Issues, providing implementation insights and recommendations

Ownership In Accounts: Works as a leader among team members and takes accountability for shared accounts.
Quality of Work : Sets example for direct reports and /or other team members about the quality of work. Takes the responsibility to ensure the proper QA occurs with each account. Trains on data analysis and helps the team to have a deeper understanding of their accounts.
Performance: Trains the team to have a deeper understanding of their accounts and processes. Understands performance trends and the reasons behind them.
Communication Skills: Great verbal and written communication skills. Is at ease presenting ideas or solutions in team meetings or the occasional larger group setting. Uses clear, concise writing skills to effectively communicate a story in compelling fashion via multiple channels. Uses superb listening skills to identify and react to opportunities and issues.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree. Degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, business, or related preferred.
- 2+ years of digital media experience (display, programmatic and/or search)
- 2+ years of proven management/mentoring experience - Proven analytical ability to digest data, build reports, and derive insights. - Advanced knowledge
of Microsoft Excel (including operations such as v-lookup, functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Familiarity with the DSP, ad tech and programmatic landscape. - Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies. (DoubleClick Campaign
Manager, Flashtalking, etc.) - Familiarity with Social Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with SEM Platforms (AdWords, Bing Ads, DoubleClick for Search, etc.) - Ability to work across large media teams including campaign
management, ad operations, account management, and analytics to ensure seamless delivery of work. - Ability to work independently and in a team
environment while handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities. - Intermediate to Advanced HTML/CSS/JS Programming Knowledge
