Clerk General - Bilingual
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, responsible for entry-level clerical functions that may involve compiling, arranging and interpreting data, making computations, data input, laying out and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, maintaining records and filing. May perform data entry of various documents with speed, accuracy and timeliness.Reporting daily results, follow up with other .areas if needed.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements:
• 0 - 2 years general office work.
• Goal oriented with positive attitude, multitasking skills and open to work overtime as required
• Bilingual English/ Spanish is required/ written and verbal English communication skills, Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specially Outlook and Excel
• Team player with proven ability to work well under constant deadlines
• Problem Solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for difficulties
• Teamwork – showing a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Proactive and auto-motivated
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time. Must comply with all work rules, including those pertaining to safety and health.
