JOB OVERVIEW:
Review, analyze, recommend, propose and execute options based on reports using data analytics, research and identify areas of opportunity for enhancements to current and existing processes. Respond to customers’ inquiries, take ownership of customer issues and help develop solutions to ensure that they are taken to required conclusion. Provide ongoing customer support by acting as a liaison between the company’s internal teams to improve business performance and customer experience. The Analyst will provide support to the commercial team and assist with any issues to complete the business cycle. Perform in depth analysis for potential cargo improvement. Ensure analysis results, projects and actions are communicated.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Transportation/Logistics or related field
Advanced proficiency in English
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION:
Minimum five (5) years of experience in the shipping industry. At least 3 years of experience in any of the following fields: data analysis, customer service or sales. Good understanding of the reefer business.
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) (Required)
Experience in process mapping, Lean Six Sigma methodology and root cause analysis preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, MS Access and Pivot tables.
Experience working with CRM systems preferred.

Maintain strong focus on customer retention and improving customer experience
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
