Job purpose:

· Maintain the procurement category/item/vendor master data in ERP and other systems used by
the Company

Core responsibilities:

Maintain procurement master data (items, vendors, categories) o Perform quality checks of input information.

Create/update master data records in procurement systems within the agreed time

Take initiatives to ensure consistency of information in multiple systems

Enforce master data management (MDM) processes

Understand and apply the end-to-end MDM process and business rules

Engage stakeholders to foster their understanding and adherence to the process and rules

Initiate and support continuous improvement efforts in the end-to-end MDM process

Keep documentation on MDM process & business rules up to date

Report on master data quality

Enable audits on master data quality and changes

Measure and track KPIs on master data quality

Support the Procurement Enablement Specialist (ad hoc requests)

· Native Spanish, fluent in English (written & oral)

· System Engineering studies

· Initial business experience in an administrative role

· Experience with an ERP system is a plus

· Effective communicator, written and oral
