• Experience as an Agile – scrum practitioner
• Knowledge or experience working within a financial, mobile or enterprise environment
• Project Methodology experience in Agile
• Knowledge to expert level of SQL server from 2005 and beyond as DBA.
• Experience with Database Modelling and Design.
• Experience with metadata management and repository usage and creation and management of DB schema.
• Deep knowledge with backup and recovery procedures.
• Experience securing data integrity and applying tuning techniques and up-to-date availability options with Sql Server 2014 or newer.
• Expertise with SQL code review and walk-thrus and procedural skills.
• Expertise with SSMS, PowerShell, Toad for SQL, Transparent DB Encryption, SQL Server Azure integration – Hybrid Mode, Allways On Architecture
• Desirable knowledge of RedGate SQL toolbelt as Sql monitor, compare and Search.
• Knowledge of SSRS, SSIS, SSAS will be a plus.
• Knowledge of DB capacity planning and security.
• General systems management and networking skills.
• Extensible datatype administration.
• Web-specific technology expertise.
• Expertise with storage management techniques.
• Eye for detail and quality
• Deep knowledge in cloud and virtual environments including scripting capabilities in both as PowerShell, vb-script and so on.
• Familiar with Microsoft stack including release management tools and team foundation.
• Clear bilingual communication skills, appropriate for all levels within the business
