Position: Customer Finance Analyst
Location: San Salvador, El Salvador

Role Summary
As a Customer Finance Analyst at Colgate-Palmolive, you will manage budgets and databases to track, analyze, and report on P&L statements. Your financial insights will ensure commercial activities align with business objectives, empowering partners to make data-driven decisions that guarantee category financial health.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning: Partner with Channel Leaders to define GTN, ASP, Sales, and Margin objectives per client, aligning with national strategy.
Performance Monitoring: Track monthly ASP, GTN, and Margin performance by channel and key clients, identifying deviations and proposing corrective solutions.
Investment Optimization: Evaluate promotional plans (Pre & Post-Event) to analyze impact on margins and brand strategy.
ROI Leadership: Drive a "Return on Investment" mindset within the Customer Development Team through action plans and advisory tools.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience in Financial Analysis.
Finance Skills: Solid knowledge of investments, margin analysis, and profitability.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (essential) and SAP (highly desirable).
Language: Intermediate English level.
