The eCommerce Coordinator role requires a highly detailed, self-driven professional to work in a fast-paced environment managing the digital lifecycle of products. This role supports various teams within the eCommerce department by implementing and monitoring various merchandising, marketing, and customer experience strategies.

Job Requirements
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with eCommerce products, content generation, or supporting an online retailer.
• Fully bilingual
• Excellent communicator with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to track progress using project management software as a team.
• Proficient with data and Excel.
• Knowledge of Salsify, Channel Advisor/Rithum, Shopify, and Google Analytics is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product placement and experience across online sales outlets throughout the product lifecycle, including item setup, monitoring, and retirement.
• Oversee product content management, working closely with the Marketing and Merchandising teams for content generation, aggregation, and manipulation to best align with retailer needs.
• Manage product data within Product Management software, including upkeep of digital catalogs, imagery, enhanced content, and insights reports.
• Monitor products on retailer websites for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot internal/customer challenges.
• Analyze current business trends and assess initiatives to increase traffic and sales.
• Assist eCommerce Business Manager and key stakeholders with other special projects.

*Horarios: Lunes a Jueves de 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. y Viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
*4 dias trabajando desde oficina
*1 dia trabajando desde casa.
*Salario $1,100 - $1,300 según experiencia
