About the Job:
The Real-Time Analyst (RTA) is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing intraday operations to ensure optimal service levels, adherence, and operational efficiency. The role requires close coordination with operations, WFM, and support teams to proactively manage workforce performance against forecasts and SLAs.
Qualifications:
Advanced English level
High School Diploma
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
1–4 years of experience in WFM / RTA / Contact Center operations
Experience in voice/chat/email support environments
Exposure to SLA-driven operations
Knowledge of forecasting and scheduling basics
