We're hiring an Operations Systems Specialist to help set up and maintain cloud-based security systems used by customers across the United States.
This is not a call center position. You will not be making sales calls, handling collections, or working in a traditional customer service call center environment. Instead, you'll be working with technology platforms, system configurations, documentation, and operational processes that support security operations.
No surveillance industry experience? That's completely fine. We'll teach you everything you need to know about our platform and processes.
A typical day might involve reviewing customer information, configuring devices, checking camera views, updating system settings, and making sure everything is set up correctly before it goes live. The work is structured, but every day brings new situations to solve and new things to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
• Setting up customer locations and devices within our cloud platform
• Reviewing information from customers and internal teams
• Creating schedules and system rules
• Checking configurations for accuracy
• Reviewing images and camera views to confirm proper setup
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation
• Performing quality checks
• Troubleshooting basic issues
• Working closely with teammates through Slack, email, and video calls
We're Looking For Someone Who
• Communicates clearly in English (B1 - Intermediate level)
• Is comfortable working with computers and online tools
• Learns new software without much difficulty
• Pays attention to the details others might miss
• Can stay organized and manage tasks independently
• Enjoys following processes while keeping quality high
Experience in customer service, technical support, operations, administration, data entry, quality assurance, project coordination, or IT support can be helpful, but it's not required.
