We are launching a new call center operation in El Salvador and are looking for a highly motivated Call Center Supervisor with experience managing Inbound and Outbound Sales teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing operation from the ground up and play a key role in helping build the culture, performance standards, and future leadership team.
**Compensation & Benefits:
* Monthly Salary: $800 – $1,000 USD
* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $700 USD
* Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding operation
* Responsibilities:
* Manage daily call center operations and shift performance
* Lead and develop sales agents in both inbound and outbound environments
* Drive KPIs, productivity, attendance, and overall team performance
* Coach and develop agents through feedback and performance management
* Support recruiting, onboarding, and early-stage team development
* Help establish a positive, high-performance culture from day one
* Communicate effectively upward to leadership and downward to frontline teams
* Work closely with training, quality, and operations leadership
* Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a BPO / call center environment
* Previous experience supervising inbound and outbound sales teams
* Strong leadership and people-development skills
* Experience running shifts, managing team performance, and driving results
* Comfortable working in a startup / growth environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt quickly and lead by example
* English proficiency is required
