Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in international sales, business development.
Experience in the hardware, home improvement, or retail distribution industry is highly preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus.
Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and cultural dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieves sales goals and executing growth strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and prospect accounts in assigned international regions.
Make product and marketing presentations to existing and potential customers.
Increase customer participation in programs and promotions.
Prepare and maintain records of sales activity, customer meetings, and forecasts.
Represent the company at customer functions, trade shows, and dealer markets (travel required).
