On Site Support IT Technician Jr. (MRO HOLDINGS)
Responsibilities of an On-Site Support IT Technician include providing professional support to customers and computer users, as well as detecting issues with computer hardware, software, and other equipment. This also covers industrial devices (such as printers, scanners, and iPads) and repairing them when necessary.
The major role of an On-Site Support IT Technician is to diagnose faulty programs in computer systems and industrial devices within the company and provide immediate solutions to problems, ensuring that the organization can operate effectively
Education: 3-year student in Informatics Engineering, Computer Technology Technician or related field. (Required)
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in end-user computing, networking, and communications/telephony.
Exposure to commercial, administrative, or industrial work environments.
English level: B1 Intermediate (Required)
Technical Knowledge:
• Active Directory and related services.
• PC/Client support and troubleshooting.
• Hardware setup and repair (workstations, notebooks, iPads, printers).
• Software installation, deployment, and patch management.
• Desktop and client security applications.
• Ticketing systems (e.g., SNOW).
Skills:
