We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in immigration law to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our legal operations through administrative excellence, detailed record-keeping, and proactive client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct introductory calls to gather essential client information.
o Follow up with clients and agencies to obtain missing documentation, signatures, and fees.
o Communicate findings and updates to the department Attorney.
o Notify clients about receipt of LPR/EAD cards.

Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in immigration law and related legal procedures.
• Proficiency in filling out immigration law forms accurately.
• Proficiency with case management systems.
