Primary Function:
Monitor order pickups and track purchase orders from vendor’s warehouse to delivery. Address transit issues and review logistics rates. Ensure the local team has shipment visibility and manage invoices from logistics providers, reconciling accounts. Update logistics cost reports and follow up on discrepancies and quarantines.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Postgraduate Studies: Specialization in Logistics, MBA, Continuous Improvement, or related fields (Desirable).
• Languages: Intermediate proficiency in English (Required).
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Professional Experience:
• Minimum of two years of experience in supply chain management, international logistics, imports, and exports.
• Proven knowledge of logistics and supply chain management software (ERP/WMS).
• Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to audit logistics invoices, detect duplicate charges, or identify contractual deviations.
• Basic knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
