The Talent Acquisition Massive Screener supports high-volume hiring operations for the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry by efficiently screening large numbers of candidates for entry-level and experienced roles. This position focuses on speed, accuracy, and candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring targets for call center and support roles.

Key Responsibilities:
-Screen high volumes of candidates daily for BPO roles (Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, Back Office, etc.)
-Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess:
-Language proficiency (English/Spanish)
-Communication skills
-Customer service orientation
-Schedule availability and job fit
-Validate basic requirements such as education, experience, system skills, and availability
-Explain job details clearly (shift, on-site/remote work, KPIs, compensation, policies)
-Shortlist qualified candidates and move them to assessments or interviews
-Schedule candidates efficiently and ensure timely follow-up
-Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
-Meet daily and weekly screening quotas without compromising quality
-Support mass recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring campaigns
-Ensure compliance with internal processes, labor regulations, and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications:
-6 months–1+ year experience in BPO recruitment, HR, or call center screening
-Experience handling high applicant volumes in fast-paced environments
-Strong English proficiency (B2)
-High attention to detail and speed
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Results-driven and comfortable working with metrics
-Professional and candidate-focused communication style
-Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
-Experience with mass hiring or ramp-up projects
