The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the customer care team, ensuring high-quality service, monitoring KPIs, providing coaching, and resolving escalated customer issues to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a Call Center Supervisor role.
Advanced English level (C1–C2).
Experience leading and coaching teams.
KPI analysis and performance monitoring skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
