We are looking for a motivated and results-driven appointment setter to join our growing team. This role focuses on Business-to-Business clients, building long-term business relationships and identifying new opportunities within the corporate sector.
Key requirements
• 1.5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Experience or strong interest in B2B sales (corporate clients)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed targets
• Ability to manage pipelines and multiple prospects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
• Intermediate/Advanced English
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect new B2B clients
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
• Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers
• Present and explain our products/services to corporate clients
• Manage and nurture the sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently to close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
