Job Overview:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and tenured employees
Identify training needs and performance gaps
Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning initiatives
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Partner with Operations and Quality teams to align training with business needs
Qualifications:
Proven experience in BPO, shared services, or similar environments
At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
