We are a fast-growing Texas insurance agency with locations across the state. As an Entry Level Data
Entry Clerk at Ai United, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data
records. We’re seeking individuals with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meets professional standards set forth by Ai United.
- Maintains and delivers quality work.
- Assists in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assists with assuring store representatives understand procedures.
- Ensures accuracy of all paperwork.
- Ensures proper money collection and deposits.
- Assist in tracking high-volume transactions.
- Confirms that all documentation is properly completed
- Provides support in accounting tasks.
- Performs other necessary duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but
not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, customers) via strong communication skills.
- Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and timeliness in completing assigned tasks.
- Computer proficiency required.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $4.50 per hour.
Weekly day range: Monday to Saturday. Weekend availability required.
Language: English (Required) and Spanish (Required).
Work Location: Remote

Additional Requirements:
- Reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection (30-50 Mbps).
- Computer setup with dual monitors for enhanced productivity in data entry and transaction
tracking.
- Webcam required for virtual meetings and training purposes.
