ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team at Ria El Salvador. In this role, you will guide potential leads on how to become a RIA agent, provide them with all the necessary information, collect documents, follow up process and support agency once is open.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting leads via telephone and email to resolve their questions and provide information
on how to become a RIA agent.
Reviewing and collecting documents and all necessary information that other departments
may request during the pre-qualification process.
Guide and assist potential leads since they start the process of becoming agents until the
process is done and agent in capable of processing transactions with RIA.
Maintaining constant communication with the agent during the first 3 months since the
agency was open.
Collaborating with other department to make sure agent is ready to make transactions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
Strong customer orientation skills;
Intermediate/Advanced English level
Excellent communications skills (both oral and written);
Attention to detail;
Good teamworking approach; and
Highly Organized
