What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls (support & retention)

Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Strong communication and listening skills
Experience in high-volume environments
Reliable and professional
Comfortable handling objections
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Preferred (not required):
1+ year in call center, sales, or customer service
