Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support brand identity, marketing campaigns, retail environments, and digital presence. This role blends creativity with execution, ensuring all visual materials are aligned with brand standards and business objectives. The Graphic Designer works closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Maintenance & Creative Development
Develop and execute visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Create new artistic visual brand assets to use in physical and digital media
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotions
Digital Design
Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, web, and digital advertising
Design digital assets optimized for performance across platforms
Support website visuals and landing page assets as needed
CPG & Packaging Design
Update current packaging assets as needed to reflect product, compliance, or brand changes
Design new packaging for product launches and seasonal releases
Redesign and improve existing packaging and physical assets for clarity, impact, and consistency
Maintain visual continuity and brand cohesion across retail shelves and distribution channels
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors as needed
Print & In-Store Materials
Design menus, signage, promotional materials, packaging, and event collateral
Prepare production-ready files for vendors and printers
Ensure quality control and visual consistency in physical environments
Campaign & Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist on campaign needs
Support new product launches with cohesive visual systems
Work with retail teams to create in-store promotional materials
Asset & File Management
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Ensure proper naming conventions, version control, and brand accessibility
Performance Expectations
High-quality, on-brand visual execution
Timely delivery of creative assets
Clear collaboration and communication across teams
Consistent adherence to brand standards
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of professional design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Experience designing for both print and digital mediums
Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills
Portfolio demonstrating brand consistency and campaign work
Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail branding - preferred
Basic motion graphics or video editing experience - preferred
Familiarity with Canva for internal template development - preferred
Working knowledge of web design principles - preferred
Schedule & Availability
Full-time position
Standard business hours with occasional evenings or weekends for launches or events
