Professional Profile
• Intermediate/advanced English, written and spoken (essential)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel reception.
• Excellence in follow-up with tasks and clients
• At least 2 years of customer service experience (essential)
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal, oral, and telephone communication skills
• Administrative, sales, and commercial knowledge
• Skills in specialized tools: payment and sales system, reservation system and handling of POS for billing and reservations management.
• Knowledge of Excel, at an intermediate level.
