GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This person will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct phone screenings to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants.
Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of phone interview passers to be processed for the next recruitment stage.
Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database in a timely manner.
Monitor online resume databases and other resources.
Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment specialists.
Help back-office/administrative work supporting the phone screening process.
Help the walk-in recruiting process and off-site recruiting activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Desirable work experience as a recruiter or similar role
Studies in Psychology or any business-related field (Desirable)
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
Demonstrate ability to source and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, advertising, networking, and referrals
Customer Service and technical skills or experience
Strong management of MS Office package and emails and recruiting software’s & social media sources.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 80% (desirable)
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to multi-task and process large volumes of transactions (phone interviews and reports)
Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation.
