Corporate Tax Administrator (Mro Holdings - La Libertad)

Position Summary: The Corporate Tax Administrator supports the Tax Manager in the administration of MROH Group’s tax affairs, including the coordination of tax compliance processes and the provision of tax advisory support across the Group. The role assists in ensuring tax and transfer pricing compliance, as well as supporting tax and customs efficiency across all jurisdictions where MROH operates, whether through physical or non-physical presence. It also supports the monitoring of guidelines to prevent the creation of permanent establishments outside each entity’s jurisdiction and contributes to maintaining the good standing of any applicable special tax and customs regimes.
Additionally, the Corporate Tax Administrator supports the Tax Manager in reviewing and, when required, contributing to the planning of the Group’s corporate tax structure to meet operational needs, adapt to regulatory changes, and facilitate entry into new tax jurisdictions. The core objective of the role is to support MROH management in optimizing tax obligations and overall tax results across the Group.

Education: Degree in Law or Accounting (Required)
MBA or Finance master’s degree
International Taxes Specialization

English Level: advanced (Required)

Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience as tax analyst in a multinational environment.

Expertise in Salvadoran and Mexican tax and Customs law and comprehensive understanding of laws in USA, Central America, Colombia and Mexico.

Technical Sklls: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills, Project Management Tools.
