We’re looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Administrator who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our enterprise infrastructure across cloud, network, and endpoint systems—while playing a key role in service delivery and IT projects.

What You’ll Do
Infrastructure & Systems
• Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments
• Administer and enhance Microsoft Azure services for scalability, security, and performance
• Maintain Windows and Linux environments (virtualization, patching, monitoring)
• Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and security practices
• Drive system reliability and uptime across multiple locations
IT Operations & Support
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues (Tier 2 / Tier 3)
• Provide support for Windows and macOS endpoints (remote and onsite)
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes with strong compliance and audit practices
• Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base resources
• Improve ITSM processes to enhance service quality and user experience
Projects & Continuous Improvement
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure and IT projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs
• Track project timelines and ensure successful delivery
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement scripting solutions

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management (MDM/RMM)
• Experience managing macOS environments (Jamf or similar tools)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and endpoint issues
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and integrations
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and service delivery frameworks
• Strong communication skills in English (technical and non-technical audiences)
• Highly organized, self-driven, and collaborative mindset

Nice to Have
• Experience with databases for reporting and operational insights
• Certifications such as Azure Administrator (AZ-104), MCSE, or ITIL
