At Encore, our Premium Corporate Travel Agents are more than booking specialists—they are trusted advisors who ensure every trip is efficient, compliant, and tailored to the traveler’s needs.

What You’ll Do
• Book and manage air, hotel, rail, and car reservations for corporate travelers
• Handle itinerary changes with accuracy and speed (dates, routes, name corrections)
• Ensure all travel aligns with client policies and approval processes
• Clearly explain fare rules, flight credits, upgrades, and travel requirements
• Proactively recommend hotels, car rentals, and other value-added services
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in corporate or business travel
• Strong knowledge of domestic (Canada) and transborder travel
• Proven travel operations experience as well as mandatory GDS knowledge (Apollo & Galileo) and Online Booking Tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Solid understanding of fare rules, TSA guidelines, and travel policies
• A consultative, customer-first mindset with strong sales skills

Nice to Have
• Experience with Dialpad, Zoho Desk, and MS Office
• College diploma or university degree
