Technical Support Agent provides professional and high-quality assistance to customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues through strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to guide customers effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
Provides assistance in a helpful, accurate, and timely manner while complying with policies, best practices, and standard operating procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and customer satisfaction.

Language Skills:
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple way
• Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset
• Soft skills conveyed when assisting customers

Expertise:
• Previous technical support or call center experience is a plus
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge (internet, software, hardware)
• Customer-oriented with focus on first-call resolution

Keyboard Skills:
• Basic to intermediate PC knowledge
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications (talk, type, read)

Listening Skills:
• Active listening and empathy with customers
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Capable of identifying issues quickly and providing accurate solutions
Specific Skills:
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems
• Solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Strong multitasking skills

Minimum Requirements:
18+ years old.
High school diploma completed.
Basic computer skills, including using web browsers, email, and office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work in rotating schedules.
