Job Description:
This position ensures the efficient operation of the organization’s IT systems, communications, cybersecurity, and technological equipment. It acts as a technical expert to resolve complex issues and ensure that the infrastructure supports business operations.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, cameras, time and attendance devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assisting end-users and clients with technical issues and providing guidance.
• Perform diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting of system and network failures.
• Monitor critical infrastructure using management tools.
• Validate updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Manage the IT department’s budget within the organization.
• Ensure proper operation of VPNs, firewalls, switches, and communication links.
• Assess technological risks and apply security controls.
• Verify the execution of backups and restorations.

Requirements:
• University degree or coursework in Computer Engineering, Networking, or related fields; technical degrees in IT, networking, or similar areas.
• One year of experience as an IT Supervisor
• Intermediate or Advanced English
