About the Role
Join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative! If you have experience in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients bring their home projects to life, this opportunity is for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, following up on leads, and guiding them through the estimation and project process. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from the first contact to project completion.
We offer a collaborative environment, and ongoing support. You will be responsible for:
- Cold-calling prospective clients
- Making appointments to speak with new customers
- Understanding your customers’ needs
- Meeting sales call targets
- Proactively researching for new contacts

- Excellent English skills due to selling only in North America
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and ‘people skills'
- Self-Confident and highly self-motivated
- Determination and the drive to work towards targets
- The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team

Requirements:
- Proven phone-based sales closing experience
- Prior sales experience required
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology and objection handling
- Clear and professional spoken English
- High energy, self-motivation, and competitive mindset
- Ability to adapt messaging across different industries
- Must have own equipment (laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace)
- Availability to work part-time hours (schedule to be defined)
