About the Role

We are seeking an Omni-Channel Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our commercial intelligence and analytics strategy across all our digital channels. This role will play a key part in delivering actionable insights, understanding customer behavior across multiple factors, and informing strategic decision making.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Reporting
• Develop business analyses and insights to drive omnichannel growth and optimize overall performance.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) focused on:
o Transaction trends
o Channel conversion
o MoM, YoY, and cross-channel comparative analyses
o Customer behavior and funnel analytics
o Promotion effectiveness and VOC-driven campaign results
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for Business Reviews and other strategic internal meetings.
Omnichannel Intelligence
• Analyze customer journey maps to identify friction points, opportunities, and cross-channel behaviors.
• Evaluate campaign performance and channel-specific strategies.
• Monitor key KPIs such as daily transactions, conversion, retention, activation, reactivation, multichannel engagement, and more.
Strategic Support & Collaboration
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business decision-making.
• Support issue identification, root-cause analysis, and impact assessments related to operations or partner performance.
Qualifications
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles, ideally within financial services or remittances.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, or similar).
• Knowledge of omnichannel models, customer behavior analysis, or funnel analytics is a strong plus.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, analytics-driven environments.
