We’re Hiring: Operations Manager|BPO
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop high-performing teams within a dynamic BPO environment.
Location: Salvador del Mundo – 100% On-site
English Level: B2

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and supervise a group of Team Leaders.
- Ensure operational performance meets Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Drive team performance to achieve sales and financial targets.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results.
- Support leadership development within the operation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in a BPO environment
- Sales experience is a strong plus
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- English level B2 (required)
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Salvador del Mundo
