Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring & Tracking Transportation tickets in WalMart Retail Link Portal for late shipments/Routing Issues that effect On-Time/In-Full Shipment reporting (OTIF)
• Daily claims reporting and tracking (Walmart) for SQEP & OTIF violations
• Assist with responding to FixIt Tickets in Retail Link with the appropriate Corrective Action Plans for SQEP compliance (WalMart)
• Assist with new account set-ups, Mom & Pop business requirements, and working inter-departmentally (JFC Operations, Packaging, Sourcing, IT, Customer Service, Ecomm, Sales Operations) to ensure vendor requirements and processes are clear and streamlined throughout all areas
• Assist with vendor guide updates on all accounts as needed
• Assist in handling Scorecard Metrics for all accounts reporting, and improve on KPI’s and proactively research and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
*2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or regulatory roles.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
*Experience with compliance monitoring tools or ERP systems (desirable).
*Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
