Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Fashion, Textiles or Surface Pattern Design
• Experience in textile design, desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of print processes & techniques on a production and mill level
• Have experience in graphic placements, embroidery and novelty finishes and how to format for range of sizing
• Strong design and conceptual skills; strong sense of style and color

Responsibilities:
- Create the development of seasonal prints and artwork. from concept through to execution (including production ready repeats, print sheets, color separations, scaling, engineering and adjustments).
- Create original prints and patterns in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Create artwork & colorways for yarn dyes, jacquards and special fabric developments.
- Balance multiple seasons at once & prioritize workloads according to calendar & seasonal timeline.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure prints are executed to standard and in a timely manner.
