Overview
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to new and existing agents at InteLogix. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The Trainer will play a key role in ensuring our call center team provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation and administration of the Intelogix Training Program and Client specific training process for new hires
Responsible for development of follow-up training for employees in production
Will review and verify hours recorded on employee timecards and sign that the information is accurate and correct
May be actively involved in the scheduling/facilitation of LLS sessions
Prepares materials essential for the training process (copies, presentations, memos, etc.)
Will report technical problems and follow-up to ensure resolution
Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers
Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
Perform additional duties as required by management
Supervises new hires during the training process in conjunction with their assigned manager
Training employees; planning, and assigning work; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Evaluates and assists each new hire as they progress through training
Authorized to edit/add timecards in the timekeeping system
Authorized to recommend disciplinary action
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred
6 months of related experience is required or equivalent education in training/teaching is preferred
Must be able to maintain the highly confidential nature of administrative work
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers and subordinates
Have the ability to project and convey a positive, concerned, and professional image to applicants and employees
Must be a detail-oriented individual
Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Write in a clear and concise manner
Manage time effectively
Solve problems or issues that may come up
Concentrate and focus for extended periods of time
Cope with high-stress and changing environment
Adhere to policies and procedures
Adhere to work schedule and punctuality requirements
