GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Billing Specialist is responsible for assisting with tracking opportunities, managing ConnectWise agreements, processing monthly billing, and handling billing-related service tickets. This role ensures accurate and timely billing for all customers while maintaining proper documentation and agreement management.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete monthly billing tasks for recurring Service Agreements
• Process Project Service and Time and Material Service billing as needed
• Create and maintain all customer contracts and agreements
• Enter all new tracking agreements into ConnectWise
• Create projects and service tickets for all agreements and addendum opportunities
• Assist in managing and resolving customer billing-related tickets
• Perform other related duties and special assignments as required


REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in billing or accounting preferred
• Managed Services experience a plus
• ConnectWise experience is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with billing software and systems a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
