We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to lead the HR function end-to-end, ensuring legal compliance, solid personnel administration, and close support to operational and commercial teams.
What will your mission be?
To lead the Human Resources strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with Salvadoran labor legislation and providing direct support to field leaders and teams.
Key responsibilities
• Lead recruitment and selection processes at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation (ISSS, AFP, employment contracts, clearance certificates, etc.).
• Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, leaves, vacations, and medical absences.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and personnel files.
• Coordinate with government institutions and the legal area.
• Provide direct support to store supervisors and operational teams.
• Manage and follow up on HR systems and ERP platforms.
• Keep internal manuals and company policies up to date.
• Availability for occasional regional travel.
Profile we are looking for
• Solid experience leading the Human Resources function, ideally in retail or companies with field operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salvadoran labor law.
• Ability to handle complex labor situations with sound judgment and leadership.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial and operational areas.
• High level of organization, confidentiality, and results orientation.
• Experience using HR systems and ERP platforms.
• Advanced English level.
