We are seeking a motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys handling divorce, custody, and other family law matters by assisting with legal documentation, case organization, and client communication.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in family law while working in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities
Client Support & Case Coordination
Communicate with clients to gather required information and documentation
Follow up on missing documents, signatures, and case-related updates
Provide professional and empathetic support to clients during sensitive matters

Documentation & Case Management
Draft and organize family law documents such as pleadings, orders, and discovery
Maintain accurate and well-organized case files
Track key deadlines and case milestones
Use internal templates and tools to prepare initial drafts
Legal & Administrative Support
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, filings, and legal research
Coordinate subpoenas and work with process servers when needed
Support daily administrative tasks, including phone calls and file organization

Required Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)
Proven experience in Family Law case management within a U.S.-based law firm (mandatory)
Advanced English level (mandatory)
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines
Experience using FormBuilder or similar legal document automation tools
