We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Representative (B2B)

Are you passionate about B2B sales, relationship-building, and helping businesses grow?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for our prepaid retail partners, playing a key role in driving retailer performance, retention, and long-term growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver real value to our B2B clients and strengthen our retail network.


What You’ll Do

Manage and grow B2B relationships with prepaid retailers and business partners.
Support retailers in optimizing their prepaid airtime business and overall performance.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Service, and Finance.
Communicate daily with retail owners, sales associates, and master agents/ISOs to ensure satisfaction with the epay program.
Identify opportunities to increase activations, engagement, and revenue across assigned accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor for retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships and success.

What We’re Looking For

Advanced English (spoken and written).
Intermediate MS Excel skills.
Strong communication skills with a B2B, customer-first mindset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic sales environment.
Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or outbound campaigns is a plus.
