Position: Evaluation Specialist
Role Overview:
The Evaluation Specialist is responsible for handling client interactions through structured evaluations, gathering accurate information, and ensuring proper documentation while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service with a consultative and sales-oriented approach
Apply active listening skills to properly guide and control the evaluation process
Complete and manage evaluation forms accurately and on time
Ask the right questions and understand the purpose behind each inquiry
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and initiative throughout client interactions
Rebut client objections effectively
Demonstrate strong reading comprehension skills
Multitask efficiently, including integrating tool usage while conducting evaluations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
English level: C1
Strong computer skills, minimum 40 WPM typing speed
Ability to work simultaneously with 2–3 tools
High attention to detail and organization
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tools & Systems:
Pipedrive
Zoho
DocuSign
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST
Workload: 40 hours per week
