The Support Center area at Dollarcity…Is a dynamic team dedicated to providing technical assistance and problem resolution for store employees across multiple locations. Equipped with expertise in troubleshooting, system management, and user support, the team ensures seamless operations by managing local and remote equipment. Operating in a bilingual environment, the Support Center prioritizes efficiency, responsiveness, and innovative solutions to empower Dollarcity's workforce and enhance operational continuity.?

As Store Audit Support: you will verify that video material adheres to established standards in store merchandising and safety and security based on Dollarama?requirements, to inform our Loss Prevention team of any possible Fraud, to preserve the quality and integrity of video content, this role requires a combination of technical ability, analytical abilities, and good communication.?

In a day as Store Audit Support, you will:

- Examine video footage for quality standards compliance?
- Ensure compliance with legal and Dollarama regulations.?
- Enforce content standards and guidelines, highlighting any infractions or inconsistencies.?
- Create thorough reports on content evaluations that indicate areas for improvement or noncompliance using the audit matrix.?
- Report suspicious activity to HR and monitor personnel to ensure proper behaviors are identified.?

What do you need to be successful?

- Knowledge of content platforms, streaming services, or security / audit tools.
- Student or graduate from Communications or Business Administration, or similar fields.
- Experience in video creation, editing, or content auditing is frequently desirable.?
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office?.
- Advanced English proficiency.
