We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team and support accounting operations across LatAm and North America.
This role is for someone who wants to own and grow; to learn key processes, like credit card reconciliations, then master them, and elevate them.

What You’ll Do
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of corporate credit card transactions to general ledger accounts.
• Review, analyze, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate coding and allocation.
• Communicate with cardholders, banks, and internal teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Monitor expense reports and credit card usage to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare journal entries and accounting adjustments as required.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Flow Engineer to automate data downloads, database creation, and credit card reconciliation processes.
• Prepare and maintain proper accounting support for credit card transactions.
• Work closely with the Accountant to improve processes and ensure accurate accounting recognition and balance control from a global perspective.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory)
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (credit card/bank reconciliations preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
• Proficient in English, with the ability to clearly communicate financial information
• Experience with accounting system implementations and database development (desirable)
• Experience identifying and applying tax withholdings in credit card transactions and other operations
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
