GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of security infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing the deployment of advanced firewall solutions, network security audits, and security software integrations for our clients. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our technical engineering teams and our clients, ensuring that every project is delivered securely, on time, and within budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Communicating with executives/stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout its development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
• Quotes/budgeting management.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure security configurations meet client Project Manager requirements and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Desirable)
• 2-3 Years prior similar job experience specifically within IT Infrastructure, Network Security, or Cybersecurity. (Desirable)
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook and PM software.
• Proficiency in project management software (Click Up, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project) and ERP systems. (Desirable)
• Decent understanding of firewall technologies, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (desirable)
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Waterfall methodology knowledge or experience.
