JOB DESCRIPTION
The Service Desk Agent will be Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for MRO holdings end users and therefore is the “IT-face for all users”. He/She acts as 1st level Support, will work with all kinds of users and have to be the “consultant” for them. It also in contact with service providers and vendors during troubleshooting, coordinating, or escalating tickets.
REQUIREMENTS
-Computer Technician or related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support.
- B2 or B2 + English level (Required).
TECHNICAL SKILLS
-Strong leadership, management, and customer service skills. Knowledge about AppSecurity, Antivirus, Anti-Spam, Content-Filtering, access mgmt.
-Knowledge of ITSM Framework.
-Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow.
-Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
