Note: This is a temporary position from March 2026 to November 2026.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Jr. Recruitment Associate responsible for sourcing, screening, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for local and regional roles. This position focuses on developing sourcing strategies, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and supporting the organization’s staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source potential candidates using online channels (social platforms, resume databases, professional networks) and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive sourcing via cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted advertising.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to ensure candidates meet role requirements and align with the established profile.
• Arrange and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers and/or clients.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and applicant pipelines to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and future roles.
• Provide timely feedback and follow-up to candidates throughout the selection process.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to create job postings and manage incoming applications.
• Organize and attend local and regional job fairs and recruitment events to expand employer brand presence.
• Build and foster long-term relationships with candidates, applicants, and professional communities.
• Track and report recruitment data, including applicant flow and sourcing performance.
• Work towards weekly and monthly hiring goals while ensuring quality placements.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related role (desirable).
• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (desirable).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media recruiting, resume databases, and professional networking platforms.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidates.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ATS/recruitment software, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong relationship-building and networking experience are required to be successful in the role.
• Outstanding interpersonal, interviewing, negotiating, screening, and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and proven ability to follow directions.
• Proactive and Self-motivated.
• Quick learner with the ability to multitask.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally are important.
• Decision maker driven is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages.
